Tim grew up in Virginia right outside Washington, DC. He went to Potomac Sr. High School and graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering and a commision in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He works for M/A Com Technology Solutions as a process improvement/Six Sigma coordinator and provides IT support when no one else knows how to solve the problem.

He enjoys painting in his free time, and has convinced Karen to run a half marathon with him to help raise money for Cancer research. He knew there was something special about Karen the first time he met her, and after a few years of occasionally checking on Myspace/Facebook to see if she was single, he finally asked her out. (Karen made sure to encourage him so that he would). He is completely in love with her and can’t think of anything better than spending the rest of his life with her.
